PROVO, Utah (July 8, 2016) – Peak Capital Partners, a Utah-based apartment investment and management company, today announced Jason Danley was recognized as a winner of the 2016 CXO of the Year Award.

Danley serves as Peak’s chief operating officer and has served in the position for the past two years. The winners were recognized by Utah Business magazine at an awards ceremony June 23 at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City. The honorees also were featured in the June issue of Utah Business magazine.

The CXO of the Year awards are given to senior executives for outstanding performance in their roles. The selected CXOs, who are from small, medium, large, public, private and government agencies, demonstrate the importance of providing strong financial leadership, visionary innovation as well as social responsibility to Utah businesses.

Danley was responsible for executing Peak’s operations during a high-growth period. To optimize its functions during this growth period, Danley established a database company, Peak Systems Management, which organized the firm’s accounting, operations, leases and maintenance schedules across all 100 communities. The database also allows Peak to capture real-time data and reporting across its national portfolio of apartment communities and automates how Peak reported results to its investors. The conversion took 18 months to complete.

Peak Capital has been recognized nationwide as one of the most successful and fastest growing multifamily firms. A big part of this success is Peak’s excellent internal systems, ability to hire amazing employees, and its ability to communicate and report effectively to investors. Danley established and streamlined all of these systems, while creating new affiliate companies that help to better serve Peak’s portfolio.

Over the last few years Peak grew from 35 full-time employees to 222. Danley helped to develop a company-wide culture of teamwork that focused on its core values of integrity, determination, and entrepreneurship.
