PROVO, Utah (May 5, 2015) – Peak Capital Partners, a Utah-based apartment investment and management company, today announced it acquired Senior Cottages of Norman in Norman, Oklahoma from Highridge Costa Investors, LLC.

The Senior Cottages of Norman is an 84-unit apartment retirement community located a short drive from Oklahoma City in the city of Norman, close to the University of Oklahoma campus. The overall design of the community includes cottage style homes on landscaped grounds that create a small town village environment.

“This is the third apartment community to be acquired by Peak in Oklahoma,” said Jeff Danley, founder and managing partner. “The Senior Cottages of Norman is specially designed for senior living. In fact, the community recently ranked as one of the “Best Retirement Communities in Norman.”

Built in 1998, the community offers residents one- to three-bedroom floor plans. Peak is currently making some interior improvements by adding LED lighting and installing low-flow sink faucets, showerheads and toilets. Other amenities include a clubhouse, children’s play area, gated access, guest parking, a laundry facility and on-site/on-call maintenance.

Senior Cottages of Norman, located at 2901 Oak Tree Ave., offers easy access to restaurants, shopping and major interstates. For more information visit
