PROVO, Utah (Feb. 10, 2015) – Peak Capital Partners, an apartment investment and management company, today announced it hired four new people to oversee a growing national portfolio.

Chris Manning, Managing Director at Peak Capital Partners, is responsible for acquisitions and operations of apartment buildings in select markets across the country. Prior to joining Peak, Mr. Manning was a senior vice president at Amstar, and president of Travaasa Experiential Resorts, Amstar’s destination hospitality subsidiary, where he was responsible for Travaasa’s management of all property operations, personnel, and financial performance. Prior to his time at Amstar, Mr. Manning was a residential real estate developer where he entitled, designed, built and sold urban infill projects in downtown Denver. Mr. Manning began his career in strategy consulting, where he worked with Fortune 500 companies and start-ups. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Jason Danley, Managing Director of Operations at Peak Capital Partners, is responsible for the firm’s asset management team and operating companies. Prior to joining Peak Capital, Mr. Danley was the chief operating officer of the Millstream Group, a privately held real estate investment and holding company. During his nearly 15 years with the Millstream Group, he oversaw company operations and asset management teams operating in seven western states. Mr. Danley holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University.

Nathan Petersen, Asset Manager at Peak Capital Partners, oversees asset performance and management operations for the firm’s properties located in Colorado and Georgia. Mr. Petersen began his career in property management of federally-owned and leased buildings with the General Services Administration in Denver, Colo. There, he managed the largest federal office building in a six-state region, working with several high profile agency tenants. He studied at Brigham Young University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management and an MBA degree.

Olivia Riggs, Asset Manager at Peak Capital Partners, oversees the asset performance and management operations for the firm’s properties located in Kansas, Idaho, Utah, and Missouri. Ms. Riggs has an extensive background in property management and on-site operations. She began her career in 2005 as a leasing agent for Alliance Residential, and quickly progressed to community manager where she was responsible for all on-site operations and capital improvements. During her career, Ms. Riggs has been responsible for on-site operations, comprehensive capital projects and lease ups. She has worked on several types of properties including owned and fee managed. Ms. Riggs worked for Western National Group before she began her career with Peak.
