OREM, Utah – Peak Capital Partners, a residential multifamily investment company, today announced the addition of John Billings as Vice President and Kelianne Crapo as Asset Manager.

Billings is responsible for the firm’s debt financing, property insurance, and development projects. He began his career as a commercial real estate appraiser and then joined the Salt Lake City Redevelopment Agency, managing acquisitions, dispositions, and renovation/construction lending. He later joined Lyme Properties in Hanover, New Hampshire, the largest developer of life science laboratory space on the East Coast. After successfully selling Lyme’s portfolio for $1.6 billion, Billings helped form Lyme Properties 2, a regional development company, where John was responsible for finance, permitting, and development. Billings earned a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in finance from the University of Utah and a Master of Science in real estate development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Crapo will oversee asset performance and management operations for the firm’s properties located in Colorado, New Mexico and Oklahoma. Crapo joins Peak with an extensive background in property management and on-site operations. She began her career in 2001 as a leasing agent for BRE in Orem, Utah, and quickly progressed through on-site administrative positions before being promoted to regional manager. Crapo has overseen on-site operations of up to 12 properties at a time in Utah, while also being responsible for extensive capital projects and property renovations. Throughout her career, Crapo has worked on all types of multi-family properties – from fully owned to fee managed assets, covering all property types and asset classes, including student housing. She has been responsible for the successful leasing of multiple properties and been instrumental in successful transactions for owners resulting in positive returns on their investments. Crapo has worked for numerous local and national property mana gement companies including BRE, RK Properties, Millwood Management and Alliance Residential. She holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from Brigham Young University and is a former board member of the Utah Apartment Association where she continues to serve on committees.
