PROVO, Utah (June 9, 2015) – Peak Capital Partners, a Utah-based apartment investment and management company, today announced a $1 million renovation to Berkshire Square, a 124-unit property in Dallas.

New energy-efficient appliances (dishwashers, refrigerators and stoves) will be added to all existing units. Additional improvements include new flooring, cabinets, hardware, countertops, lighting fixtures, and exterior LED lighting. A low-flow water conservation plan will replace all existing toilets, faucets and showerheads with water-saving plumbing fixtures. Exterior improvements include new paint, asphalt repair and resurfacing to the parking lot. New landscaping will be added.

“This is a significant investment to Berkshire Square,” said Jeff Danley, founder and managing partner. “These enhancements will capitalize on an already great property in the Dallas market. We are excited to be able to enhance the resident experience at this property while conserving water and electricity and doing good for the environment.”

Berkshire Square, located at 7950 Cliffbrook Drive, offers easy access to restaurants, shopping and major interstates. For more information visit: www.berkshiresquare.com.
