OREM, Utah – Peak Capital Partners, a residential multifamily investment company, today announced the addition of Jayme Buhlman as Senior Vice President of Asset Management.

Buhlman will be responsible for overseeing asset performance and management operations for the firm’s multi-family portfolio, which spans 25 apartment communities across eight states.

Buhlman comes to Peak with an extensive background in property management and on-site operations, beginning his career in 2001 in Everett, Wash., as a leasing agent for SJ Management. From there, he moved to on-site administrative positions and in 2008 became a regional manager, responsible for executing extensive capital and renovation work while managing properties in Utah, Washington and California.

In his career, Buhlman has worked with some of the largest and most successful management companies in the country including Riverstone Residential, Alliance Residential, Prometheus Real Estate Group, Windsor Property Management; and has overseen a mix of wholly-owned and fee-managed assets, both conventional and LIHTC (low income housing tax credit), covering all property types and asset classes. He is a former board member and secretary of the Utah Apartment Association.
