NASHVILLE, Tennessee (January 6, 2015) — Apartment investors based near Salt Lake City said Tuesday they’ve purchased two nearly full apartment complexes in the Nashville area.

Peak Capital Partners is the new owner of properties in Goodlettsville and Murfreesboro. The acquisitions nearly double the number of apartment units Peak Capital owns in the region, to a total of about 780.

Here are the two new purchases: The Ridge at Green Haven (northeast, in Goodlettsville) is 95 percent occupied. Summerlake (southeast, in Murfreesboro) is 92 percent occupied.

“Nashville is a significant growth market for us and we look forward to making future investments in the city,” said Jamie Dunn, founder and managing partner of Peak Capital Partners.

In a press release, Dunn did not publish the prices paid for the apartments. Property deeds disclosing the purchase prices weren’t immediately accessible.
