Natasha’s expertise lies in multiple affordable programs including Tax Credit, Bond, HOME, HUD, and Rural Development. Natasha’s leadership style is described as communicative, innovative, and lead by emotional intelligence. Natasha earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, and also holds HCCP, SHCM, STAR RD, RD, ACE, and ARM designations.
