Bryce Dewey

Bryce is an Analyst with Peak Capital Partners. Bryce is responsible for managing the firm’s acquisition pipeline for various markets across the country. Prior to joining Peak, Bryce worked in acquisitions internships at real estate private equity firms in Utah and completed a capital markets internship in Dallas. Bryce holds a B.S. in Finance from Brigham Young University.

 

Lindsey Bertoldo

Lindsey is the Office Manager at Peak Capital Partners. Lindsey is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and administrative functions. Lindsey holds a Bachelor’s in Human Development from Brigham Young University.

 

 

Adam Fisher

Adam Fisher is a Analyst with Peak Capital Partners. Adam is responsible for managing the firm’s acquisition pipeline for various markets across the country. Prior to joining Peak, Adam worked in debt strategies and acquisitions internships at various real estate private equity firms in Utah. Adam holds a B.S. in Economics from Brigham Young University

Brighton Montierth

Brighton is a Junior Staff Accountant at Peak Capital Partners, specializing in financial reporting for joint ventures. In this role, Brighton provides support on monthly and quarterly reporting along with processing of quarterly distributions. Before joining Peak Capital, Brighton spent several years at Dental Intelligence, where she contributed to the company’s financial reporting efforts. Currently, Brighton is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in accounting at Utah Valley University.

Kayla Curtis

Kayla is a Risk Management analyst at Peak Capital Partners. Prior to joining the Risk Management team Kayla was an Office Manager at Peak, which gave her a great understanding of the critical functions of the firm. Kayla holds a Bachelor’s in Business Studies from Brigham Young University.

 

Lindsey Jones

Lindsey Jones joined Peak Living in 2024. Lindsey has over twenty years of industry experience, mostly as the Vice President of Operations for Asset Living, where she oversaw a portfolio of 20,000 units. Lindsey serves on the Apartment Association of Metro Denver board, contributing strategic insights to help shape the industry’s future. Lindsey is known for her innovation and keen eye for opportunity and driving results that exceed expectations by leveraging the power of data, technology, and process optimization.

Connor Whitlock

Connor is a Senior Director of Acquisitions at Peak Capital Partners. Connor is responsible for overseeing acquisitions and operations of multi-family assets in select U.S. markets. Prior to joining Peak, Connor worked for a commercial real estate firm where he focused on development and asset management. Connor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University.

Jennifer Watkins

Jennifer Watkins has been a Vice President at Peak Living since 2017. Jennifer has extensive experience in management, marketing, and forecasting. Jennifer previously worked as a General Manager for Irvine Apartment Management, and as regional manager for Stratus Real Estate, AIMCO, and Alliance Residential. Jennifer attended California State University Fullerton and is a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS)
through the NAA.

Scott Walton

Scott Walton is the Director of Project Management at Peak Living. Scott supervises the team overseeing capital improvements throughout Peak Capital Partner’s portfolio. Scott began working for Peak Capital in 2014 as an Asset Manager and has a background in construction/property management. Scott began his career with the General Services Administration where he managed capital construction projects on owned assets. Scott was promoted to manage the on-site operations, budgets and projects for the 2 million square feet of federal space in Utah. After another promotion, Scott took on responsibility for all facility management operations in North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Montana and Utah. Scott oversaw on-site operations, budget execution and project completion for an inventory of approximately 5 million square feet of space. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Facilities Management from Brigham Young University.

Trent Wallin

Trent Wallin oversees the accounting and financial reporting at Peak Capital and its affiliates. Prior to Peak Capital, Trent worked as the Controller / Director of Accounting at Viking Cruises, a rapidly growing cruise line, where he became skilled at analyzing processes and scaling for greater efficiency while ensuring uncompromising compliance with financial reporting requirements under US GAAP and IFRS. Trent also worked at Ernst & Young in the Assurance and Advisory Business Services group for four and a half years. During his tenure there, Trent worked with clients from a variety of industries, including financial services. Trent worked on teams to perform financial statement and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance audits and advised on various accounting and auditing related matters. Trent also spent three years with a regional CPA firm where he was responsible for preparing financial statements and advising publicly-traded clients in technical accounting areas, including accounting for complex financial instruments. Trent is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the states of California and Utah. Trent has been a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 2007.
