Alex Nelson is a Project Manager who oversees various capital projects and renovations for Peak properties in the eastern and southern US. Prior to working for Peak, Alex worked for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints as a Facilities Manager overseeing the day to day operations and capital improvement projects for a variety of properties in Utah. Alex attended Brigham Young University and graduated with a B.S. in Facility and Property Management and a minor in Business Management.
Korey Nelson
Korey Nelson is a Senior Director of Acquisitions at Peak Capital Partners. Korey is responsible for overseeing acquisitions and operations of multi-family assets in select U.S. markets. Prior to joining Peak, Korey worked in the advisory practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he provided financial litigation support to clients including real estate investors and developers. Korey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Brandon Mortensen
Brandon Mortensen is a Project Manager for Peak Living. Brandon oversees the capital improvements of various Peak Capital Partners properties throughout the US. Brandon’s background is in construction and facilities management. Brandon began his career as a Facilities Manager for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints where he managed day to day maintenance operations and large capital improvement projects for properties with a portfolio nearing 2.5 million square feet. Brandon attended Utah Valley University from 2004 to 2008 where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology/Project Management.
Chris Manning
Chris Manning is the CEO of Peak Capital Partners. Chris oversees all functional areas of the vertically integrated real estate management company. Prior to joining Peak, Chris was a senior vice president at Amstar, and president of the company’s destination hospitality subsidiary.
Prior to his time at Amstar, Chris was a residential real estate developer where he worked on entitlement, design, construction and selling urban infill projects in downtown Denver. Chris began his career in strategy consulting, where he worked with Fortune 500 companies and start-ups. Chris holds a B.S. from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Spencer Lehr
Tiffany Koller
Tiffany is a Senior Fund Accountant at Peak Capital Partners. Tiffany is responsible for financial reporting over Fund investments. Tiffany provides support on monthly and quarterly reporting along with processing of quarterly distributions. Prior to Peak Capital, Tiffany spent seven years as an accountant at Young Living Essential Oils where she assisted with US and Canada reporting. Tiffany holds a bachelors and masters in accounting and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Cameron Kimbal
Cameron Kimbal is the Controller at Peak Capital Partners. Cameron oversees the accounting, performance measurement, liquidity planning, and reporting functions for open and closed-end funds. Prior to working at Peak Capital Partners, Cameron worked as a Tax Consultant in the People Advisory Services group at Ernst & Young in both Salt Lake City and Atlanta, Georgia. Cameron graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science Accounting and Master of Accountancy Tax.
Jammie Hurst
Jammie Hurst is a Senior VP of Asset Management at Peak Capital Partners. Jammie oversees the asset performance and operations for the firm’s real estate portfolio. Jammie has an extensive background in property management and on-site operations. Jammie began her career in 2002 as a leasing agent for Horizon Investment, and quickly progressed to Vice President where she was responsible for all on-site operations and capital improvements. During Jammie’s career in property management she worked on all types of properties from Section 42 multi-family properties to Luxury Senior Communities. Jammie has overseen the setup of two luxury developments while overseeing the implementation of marketing and lease-up on all new and current activity; she worked for Horizon Investment/Cornerstone Residential for 11 years before she began her career with Peak Capital Partners where she was an Asset Manager for nearly 4 years. In 2017 Jammie went to work as VP of Operations with Avenue5 Residential for over 2 years, doubling the Utah portfolio and then returning to Peak Capital in 2019. Jammie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Family Human Development from Utah State University in 2002.
Emma Hamilton
Emma Hamilton oversees the Vendor Management, Utility Billing, Peak Cares and Transitions departments. Emma is also responsible for reviewing new programs that streamline processes to make the onsite teams’ jobs more efficient. During her time with Peak Living, Emma has held a Regional Manager and Regional Vice President roles, where she helped facilitate growth in the Northwest markets. Emma has experience in affordable and conventional properties. Emma’s goal is to implement her knowledge while building a strong team of talented individuals to provide a better experience for residents and Peak Living employees. Emma holds a Property Manager license in the state of Oregon.
Christian Hall
Christian Hall is an Associate with Peak Capital Partners. Christian is responsible for managing the firm’s acquisition pipeline for various markets across the country. Prior to joining Peak, Christian worked in debt strategies and acquisitions internships at various private equity firms in Utah. Christian holds a B.S in Finance from Brigham Young University.
