Pilar Hagey

Before joining Peak Capital, Pilar Hagey was the Regional Real Estate Vertical Leader for AssuredPartners. In this role, Pilar directly managed the largest real estate accounts in AssuredPartners as well as assisted real estate colleagues with risk management and placement strategies. Prior to AssuredPartners, Pilar served in a variety of account and organizational management capacities for Nationwide Insurance. Pilar’s responsibilities at Nationwide ranged from new business development to implementation of agent training programs. Pilar is a licensed Property & Casualty agent and has earned Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Real Estate – Certified Insurance Professional (RCIP), Certified Workers Compensation Counselor (CWCC), and Property Risk Insurance Specialist (PRIS) designations. Pilar earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from the University of Dayton, where she was a member of Delta Sigma Pi, a professional business fraternity. Pilar was the Event Chairperson for the Farmington/Farmington Hills Relay for Life event for several years, a cause she has been active in since 2007. 

Tyson Graff

Tyson Graff has filled multiple accounting roles within Peak Capital and Peak Living. Before joining Peak, Tyson worked as an auditor at a regional public accounting firm. Tyson graduated with a Master of Accountancy from Brigham Young University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Devon Gentry

Devon Gentry is an Asset Manager at Peak Capital Partners. Devon currently oversees a portfolio of communities in the Southwest and is based in Dallas-Fort Worth. Devon has been in property management since 2010 where she started her career as a leasing agent at a luxury high rise in downtown Phoenix. Devon has worked in many facets of on-site Management as well as corporate roles in the multi-family industry. Devon has worked through lease-ups, new developments, value add and affordable housing. Devon holds a Bachelor’s Degree from UCLA where she majored in Anthropology and minored in Theater Arts.

Kyle Gardner

Kyle Gardner oversees capital improvements and renovations for Peak’s properties in the Midwest and LivCor portfolio. Prior to working for Peak Living, Kyle was a project and program manager for the Federal Government, primarily with the General Services Administration (GSA). There he managed numerous tenant improvements and building mechanical system upgrades for Federally owned real estate throughout Utah. While at GSA, Kyle was selected to oversee a rare project involving the exchange of real property for construction goods and services. Kyle currently holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a has held previous certifications with USGBC and PMI. Kyle graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Construction Management.

Jamie Dunn

Jamie Dunn is a founder and Chairman at Peak Capital Partners, LLC and is responsible for managing the firm’s student housing and its multi-family portfolio in the Southeastern U.S. and Colorado. Jamie has been acquiring and managing multi-family properties since 2006. Jamie began his career as an analyst at Banc of America Securities in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group. After leaving Banc of America Securities, Jamie joined the Dallas office of Bain & Company, a leading strategy consulting firm. Following his Bain experience, Jamie worked in acquisitions at Liberty Property Trust, a $4 billion office and industrial REIT. He later joined Crosland, the leading diversified real estate company in the southeastern United States, focused on multi-family and mixed-use development. While at Crosland, Jamie directed the formation of a $250 million land fund of discretionary capital from a leading life insurance company.

Jamie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and American Studies at Brigham Young University and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from the Wharton School of Business, with a focus on real estate and finance.

Haylee Deus

Haylee is an executive assistant to the founders. Haylee manages partner calendars, coordinates, and schedules meetings, and assists with the acquisition and disposition of properties in her role as Executive Assistant.

Jeff Danley

Jeff Danley is a Founder, Chairman and CIO of Peak Capital Partners, LLC and is responsible for managing the firm’s activities throughout the United States. Jeff is also a founder and on the Board of Directors of Peak Ventures.
He has been acquiring and managing multi-family properties since 2001. Jeff began his career at Arthur Andersen in the firm’s Global Corporate Finance group where he provided M&A advisory and support services. Jeff later joined CCP Equity Partners, a Connecticut-based private equity firm. After CCP Equity Partners, Jeff worked at Adams Street Partners, a large private equity firm in Chicago.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in Accounting and a Minor in Economics from Brigham Young University. He received his Masters of Business Administration Degree from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he was recognized as an Edward Tuck Scholar with Distinction. Jeff is a member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization).

Jason Danley

Jason Danley  is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations and long-term success of the firm’s real estate portfolio and operating companies. Prior to joining Peak Capital, Jason was the COO of the Millstream Group, a privately held real estate investment, and holding company. During his nearly 15 years with the Millstream Group, Jason oversaw company operations and asset management teams operating in seven western states. 

Vance Daniels

Vance Daniels is the Vice President of Human resources of Peak Living. Prior to Peak Living Vance worked as an HR Advisor to Peak Living where he was part of establishing the Human Resource function. Vance worked in Human Resources for various industries where he implemented global initiatives and worked as an HR resource to senior executives. 

Vance is an HR Professional who holds the prestigious Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation and the SHRM- SCP. Vance graduated from Utah State University and has previously served on the Board of Directors for Salt Lake Society of Human Resource Management.

Kelianne Crapo

Kelianne Crapo is President of Peak Living and is responsible for all property management operations. Kelianne was formerly an Asset Manager at Peak Capital Partners overseeing asset performance and management operations for properties in Colorado, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. Kelianne brings an extensive background in property management and on-site operations. Throughout Kelianne’s career, she has worked on all types of multi-family properties – from wholly-owned to fee-managed assets, covering all property types and asset classes managing both conventional and affordable HUD properties. She has been instrumental in successful transactions for owners resulting in positive returns on their investments.  Kelianne has worked for numerous local and national property management companies including BRE, RK Properties, Millwood Management, and Alliance Residential Company.  Kelianne holds a bachelor’s degree in health sciences from Brigham Young University and is a former board member of the Utah Apartment Association where she continues to serve on committees.
